FAQ’S

- To shop for the products you want to buy, you can add the products to the cart and click on ‘check-out’ when you have finished shopping.

- Registered users, can simply enter their username and password to proceed towards check-out.

- Non-registered users will have to create an account first either through Facebook or personal e-mail ID. Once the authentication is completed the customer will be taken to the check-out page.

Please note: Facebook does not share address and contact info.


You can do so by first signing into your account and then clicking on ‘My Account’ on the top right corner of your screen. This will display your account details, which can be modified / updated.


You can simply click on the shopping cart on the top right corner of the page & add/remove more products.

We provide a wide range of payment options for our customers convenience, like:

- Cash On Delivery

- Credit card – Visa, MasterCard

- Debit card – Visa, MasterCard, Maestro

 

Online payments are processed through our payment partner CC Avenue,which provides a secure encrypted connection for all credit card and debit card transactions.


Yes, we do provide Cash on Delivery services for our customers. You can simply select the Cash On Delivery (COD) option on the check-out page. You will receive a confirmation email of your order, with the total payable amount. Our delivery partner will collect the payment from you after delivering the package at your desired shipping address. Unfortunately, we do not provide the COD facility to all areas in India just yet.

There are chances that your payment is not completed due to a number of reasons, in such a case a representative from our side will contact you or you can reach us at 022 – 60604438 or mail us at sales@beyondordinary.in

 

These are some of the reasons for unsuccessful payment:

- Information passed on to payment gateway is inaccurate, i.e. account details, billing address, password (in case of net banking)

- Your internet connection is disrupted in the process

If your account has been debited after a payment failure, you can contact us on our help-line +91 22 640 5521 (between 10am - 6pm, Monday -Saturday) or send us an email at sales@beyondordinary.in with the details and we would be glad to help you.

The transaction will be confirmed with our bank and the necessary procedure to refund the money will be undertaken at the earliest. Approximate time for receiving a refund is 7-8 days.


 

CANCELLATIONS

- If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order.

- If you cancel your order before your product has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount.

- If the cancellation is placed after your product has been shipped:

You will be eligible for replacement from our product range or will be provided with a store credit valid for 6 months from date of order for the same amount. This is also applicable if there are defects/damages found with the product on delivery.
